the budget queen room was reasonably large, included a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets. its location at a moderate distance from skegness pier was unbeatable and lovely. it also was close to the center.

Great value for money, the room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the garden. The location was perfect, quiet yet conveniently close to everything we needed. Joan, the host, was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be a wider variety of items to choose from.

Great location, just a short walk to the town centre and beach. the hotel's host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. the breakfast provided was delicious and kept me satisfied for most of the day.
The en suite was on the smaller side, but considering I booked a budget room, it was to be expected. I have no complaints about my stay at this hotel.
